Barroso & Dvornikova Associates is a premier Mexican provider of executive search services and talent management solutions for many local and international respectful organizations. We provide a variety of services to these clients and other parties, included but not limited to: (i) executive search (e.g., helping our clients recruit executives for their organizations); (ii) professional search (e.g., supporting our clients to recruit high potential middle management), and (iii) junior search (that is rendering services in the search, attracting and recruiting young high potentials to support our clients in their future leadership succession). Our associates provide these Services from our offices in Mexico.

 

We may collect information about you in connection with either of these services.

 

We respect the privacy of the users of our website and we are committed to protecting their personal data and information according to the applicable law. This privacy policy explains how, to what extent and for what purposes we are collecting and processing personal data and information through our website.

In addition to the terms defined else where in this Policy, the following terms shall have the following meaning throughout this Policy:

In the course of our Services, we may collect the following personal information about potential candidates, such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, information about employment objectives, past and current employment and professional experience, educational background, language skills, information from former employers and other references, and other information to the extent the individual has provided us with such information.

 

While dealing with potential clients we may collect such information as name, contact details, title or position, products or services requested, or other information that you provide via online forms or email correspondence.

 

In the course of our Services and as permitted by applicable laws, we may obtain background verification information. We may also use photos of you that you provide to us or that you make publicly available on the Internet (e.g., LinkedIn) for internal reference purposes only.

This includes but not limited to internal communication regarding candidates and clients, administering our products and services, maintaining and securing our infrastructure, evaluating candidate qualifications, contacting candidates for further Personal information, contacting named references, communicating with Clients about potential candidates, etc.

 

  • Administrative purposes

 

We may from time to time use personal information to send you important information regarding changes to our terms, conditions, and policies and/or other administrative information. We may also contact you from time to time to verify that the personal information we have collected about you is accurate and current, thus testing and maintaining our company databases and networks.

In addition, we may use and disclose personal information in other ways to perform our Search Services. In the course of our Search Services, we use personal information that we have collected concerning candidates to identify professional opportunities that we think may be of interest. We may contact potential candidates from time to time regarding such opportunities. We also may contact individuals from time to time to solicit names of, or other personal information regarding, potential candidates in connection with a search that we are conducting and for purposes of market intelligence. We also use personal information to confirm references and conduct education and background checks, as appropriate. We may further use personal information that we collect for purposes of aggregating and disclosing diversity statistics and other statistical information regarding our candidates and placement activities.

 

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

In the course of our Search Services, we may disclose your personal information to clients who have engaged our services. Assessment and other personal information collected by our consultants and associates or provided by our client may be maintained in Barroso & Dvornikova Associates database, to which our client, and certain personnel designated by our client, will have access both during and after the conclusion of our assignment. In the course of our Search Services, we may provide personal information regarding candidates to prospective employers that have engaged Barroso & Dvornikova Associates to fulfill search requests, or to reference sources.

 

We reserve the right to disclose Personal Information to third party subcontractors, including information technology providers and business process outsourcing providers, in order to help support our business operations. We also reserve the right to disclose Personal Information in connection with the sale, assignment, or other transfer of all or part of the business, or where we believe such disclosure may be required by law or may be appropriate in connection with any legal claims. We may also use, disclose, or otherwise process any information for statistical or any other purposes that we choose in our sole discretion, as long as such information is not in personally identifiable form.
