Jorge Barroso
Associate

Jorge is a Managing Partner of Barroso & Dvornikova Associates, responsible for the Industrial Practice, Executive search and Company Business Development and Strategy.
Prior B&D Associates, Jorge worked as a Senior Vice President responsible for the Americas market at pipe producing company located in Ukraine willing to expand its business in the North and South Americas. Before Jorge held senior management roles in business development, stategy and sales at Tenaris leading business development projects in Sout-East Asia, Middle East and North Africa.
Jorge obtained his Master’s degree in Business Administration on Industrial Operations at the Universidad de las Americas (UDLA), Mexico.
Hanna Dvornikova
Associate
Hanna joined Barroso & Dvornikova Associates as a Managing Partner taking over the responsibility for the development of the Organizational Consulting, firm’s back office or Research activities.
Hanna has a significant experience in HR with a focus on corporate systems development, performance management, general HR management, and leadership development. Prior joining Barroso & Dvornikova Associates, Hanna was sub HR Director and HR Business Partner at a pipe and railway wheel producing company endeavouring HR scope of the Company’s sales activities worldwide. Hanna also held various HR managerial roles in the world’s leading steelmaking company of ArcelorMittal envisaging all HR business functions within East Europe and South Africa.
Hanna obtained her Master’s degree in Business Administration majoring in General Management Practices and Organizational Behaviour at the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom.
